cake recipe:

1 box pillsbury moist supreme classic white cake mix

1 cup water

1/3 cup oil

3 whole eggs

1 packet mixed berry kool-aid

frosting recipe:

24 oz cream cheese

8 oz salted butter

2.5 cups powdered sugar

1 can blueberry pie filling

plus:

blue crystal sprinkles

silver dragees
